We partner with individuals of historically "priviledged" backgrounds to initiate mindset shifts. The goal of Reverse Mentoring is to create a safe space for two-way conversation, follow-up and feedback that: 1) Fills in the gaps 2) Removes harmful assumptions and 3) Replaces sympathy with empathy.
After a 1:1 assessment we will: 1) Design your unique Coaching program based on one or more of the six magnified diversity foci and 2) Assign you a dedicated Mentor. The Coaching program is created to extend over 6 months and requires a monthly commitment of no less than 10 hours:
The before and after portrait will serve as the final product that captures both the Mentor and Mentees gaps, assumptions and gauged empathy levels throughout the program and will serve as a point of reference for each going forward.
