Race Work

The Invitermental Consulting Group defines race as categories of people grouped together by physical, cultural and shared experiences that are constantly in a race or contest to win something, do something first or prove superiority. To this extent we work with individuals, companies and organizations to understand race as an "adjective" that describes an individual and not an 'adjective" that defines an individual.
